1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of G-Chat, a private messaging and social platform exclusively for Goat Giveaways members. The App is operated by Goat Giveaways.
1.2 By registering via mobile number, using messaging or the Wallet, or otherwise interacting with the app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use G-Chat
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 G-Chat is exclusively available to verified members of Goat Giveaways.
2.2 To register, users must provide:
(a) A valid mobile phone number with international dialing code
(b) Verification via SMS code
(c) Optional profile information, including first name, last name, and profile picture
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted uses include:
(a) Personal messaging between verified users (messages, including audio and video calls, are end-to-end encrypted)
(b) Posting original content to the Moments feed
(c) Legitimate use of the G-Chat Wallet feature.
3.2 Prohibited conduct includes:
a) Creating fake or duplicate accounts
(b) Using the Wallet for unauthorized transactions
(c) Posting illegal or harmful content in Moments
4. Financial Transactions (G-Chat Wallet)
4.1 All transactions are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
4.2 Users may:
(a) Top up their Wallet balance through approved methods
(b) View transaction history
4.3 Goat Giveaways reserves the right to:
(a) Investigate suspicious transactions
(b) Freeze accounts involved in fraudulent activity
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Users retain ownership of content they create and share.
5.2 By posting content, users grant G-Chat a non-exclusive license to:
(a) Store and display such content
(b) Process such data as necessary for functionality
6. Termination and Suspension
6.1 Users may request account deletion through Goat Giveaways support.
6.2 G-Chat may immediately suspend accounts for:
(a) Violating these Terms
(b) Suspicious financial activity
(c) Providing false membership information.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for:
(a) Loss of data or messages
(b) Unauthorized access to accounts
(c) Financial losses from Wallet transactions.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1 Goat Giveaways may update these Terms with notice via in-app notifications or emails to registered users.
8.2 Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
9.2 Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia under Australian law.
10. General Provisions
10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and G-Chat.
10.2 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
